PDF-Customize is a web application developed by DevFl for Cactus Media, a marketing agency based in Belgium with branches in several Latin American countries, including Mexico. This tool automates the creation of customized PDFs for real estate properties, allowing users to generate brochures featuring the main characteristics of the properties. Users can customize the content before generation or use the default options provided by the application. Additionally, each PDF includes a QR code on the cover page that, when scanned, provides digital access to the document. DevFl was responsible for implementing key functionalities, integrating backend and frontend technologies, and ensuring the application's efficiency and security to meet the client's requirements. This project enhances and optimizes the company's marketing team's workflow, leading to improved performance and increased client satisfaction.
The Impact: No more manual formatting for every property brochure — the marketing team generates them in a couple of clicks and spends the time saved on client work instead.
