IT Group Solutions is a Miami-based device repair and IT services shop that came to DEV FL running on an outdated Elementor site with three overlapping, unstyled appointment forms (one in English, one in Spanish, one a leftover theme demo). We rebuilt the entire front end from scratch: a custom WordPress theme with no page-builder dependency, full English/Spanish bilingual support via Polylang, and a redesigned appointment booking experience — a 4-step visual wizard (service mode → device details → date & time → contact info) built on top of their existing custom booking plugin, with live device-catalog cascading and real-time slot availability.
The Impact: Customers now book real repair appointments through one guided flow instead of hunting through three different forms, with slot availability pulled straight from the shop’s real schedule instead of a static calendar. The bilingual setup means Spanish-speaking customers — a large share of the shop’s Miami clientele — get the same polished experience as English speakers, not a bolt-on translation.
