These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DEV FL website at https://devfl.us (the “Site”), operated by DEV FL, a web development company based in Miami, Florida. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use the Site to transmit malicious code or unsolicited communications.

Free Tools and Estimates

The Site offers informational tools such as a website cost calculator and a free website audit. Results are estimates provided for general guidance only and do not constitute a binding offer, professional advice, or a guarantee of project pricing or outcomes. Actual project scope and pricing are defined in a separate written agreement.

Service Engagements

Web development, software, and related professional services are governed by individual proposals or service agreements signed with each client. In case of conflict between those agreements and these Terms, the signed agreement prevails for that engagement.

Intellectual Property

The Site’s content — including text, graphics, logos, and code samples — belongs to DEV FL or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute Site content without prior written permission, except for brief quotations with attribution.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites and rely on third-party services (such as analytics). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

Disclaimer of Warranties
